AGAPE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
Agape provides childcare in a Christian setting
for ages 6 weeks through 4 years. Our hours are 7:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. We have low student to teacher ratios in our
classroom. We offer preschool curriculum in a family based,
loving, Christian environment.
United Methodist Women
The UMW was founded as a missionary society and our main
purpose continues to be local and worldwide missions. We
also strive to learn more about God and to enjoy each other
through Christian fellowship. All women are invited to participate.
We have 3 groups with varied meeting times. Frances Burns
Fidelis Circle-3rd Thurs. of month at 10 AM; Worthwhile
Circle- 4th Tues. of month at 10 AM; Friendship Circle-3rd
Tues. of month at 7 PM.
United Methodist Men
The United Methodist Men (UMM) of Handley United Methodist Church, consists of men from the church who join together for bible study, fellowship, church workdays, outreach, and mission projects. They do many fund-raising activities each year (Hamburger cook-outs, Pancake Breakfasts, Fall Festival Garage Sale, Back-Pack Buddies, Assist United Methodist Women (UMW) efforts & projects) to raise money to support Handley United Methodist Church mission efforts. Once a year, the United Methodist Men take a trip to McCurdy School in New Mexico where they assist in repair work for the buildings on campus.

United Methodist Youth Fellowship
The Youth of HUMC are involved not only in Sunday morning
classes and worship but also have fellowship gatherings
on Sunday evenings along with participation in conference
wide activities with other churches throughout the year.
They participate in and assist with many of the fund-raising
activities of the church.
Wonderful Wednesday Program
The Wonderful Wednesday group meets weekly to enjoy Christian
fellowship. We have bible study, choir, games, line dancing,
and lunch. We also take short trips to places that interest
us. Come have fun with us!
Wednesday Bible Study
This is an adult bible study. We do a slow, systematic
study of the Bible-with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
This is where people raise the questions they don't get
to ask on Sunday morning.
Chancel Choir/Bell Choir/WW
(aka Grand Adult) Choir
We have many opportunities for those who like music. Choir
membership is open to those who are willing to commit time
to weekly practice. Our choirs are FUN choirs who enjoy
fellowship as much as they enjoy making beautiful music.
We are blessed with expert leadership from our choir director,
an accomplished musician as our organist/pianist and several
choir members with significant musical talents to fill in
when needed.
